碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 法律學系碩士班 === 95 === The Antidumping is an approved trade protection measure by both WTO and its former organization, GATT. Its purpose is to protect domestic industries from the exporting country''s low-price goods dumping. To strengthen the competitiveness of domestic industries, WTO provides antidumping mechanism for countries to proceed the adjustment of industrial structures. According to the statistic of Ministry of Economic Affairs, United States is our third biggest trade importing country, and U.S. is also having the most antidumping measures against our country worldwide. So it is very necessary to understand the antidumping law of U.S. Besides, China has becomes our biggest trade importing country, although China has very few antidumping cases against us, there is a great potential that China will having more and more cases against us. So it is necessary to understand the antidumping law. Also, the thesis will compare the antidumping law among Taiwan, United States and China.
