Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 國際企業學系碩士班 === 95 === This research attempted to explore the impacts of transformational leadership on employee effectiveness (job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior), and analyzed moderating effect of job characteristic on transformational leadership and the employees’ trust. A total valid samples of 287 were returned and the results showed that transformational leadership has significant effect on job satisfaction, organization commitment and organization citizen behavior. In addition, the employee trust was as a partial mediator between the transformational leadership and the job satisfaction; as well as the employee trust is showed completely mediate effect between transformational leadership and organization citizen behavior; and job characteristic is emphasized its positive relationship between transformational leadership and employee trust. Finally, we make some suggestions for those results, and provide limitations of the study, further research direction in the future and how the study is related to management in the real world is presented.
