Besides studying the relative literatures to be the basis of theoretical formulation, using the questionnaire to collect the information which is the relatives of music therapy concept and emotional intelligence. In order to understand deeply about the music course in the teachers and students, actions research is imperative. Therefore the study divides into qualitative and quantative research two parts : In quantity part, using the emotional rating scale to pretest, posttest and working sheets to analyze all of the data which is to explore the music therapy concept is effective to the encouragement of emotional awareness. The other part that is in qualitative, the students show the positive feedback in four parts from their working sheets, they are : emotional awareness, emotional expression, emotional regulation and emotional utilization. The study shows that in the emotional intelligence is noticeable distance after they went through the music therapy program. If the gender in the emotional intelligence and each part of it are all noticeable distance.
