Description
Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 觀光研究所碩士在職專班 === 95 === Twenty-first century is the era of knowledge-based economy. In order to compete with other states in the world and achieve the goal of becoming a truly knowledge-based economy nation, it is necessary and critical to motivate all departments of the government to the effective On-the-Job Training. Through the well-planned and organized On-the-Job Training, the staff can successfully broaden the skills and increase productivity. Therefore, the importance of training becomes apparent and is one of the primary subjects of this article. This study was carried out on the basis of training models with questionnaires investigation method. Sixty trainees were randomly selected to answer the questionnaires with the assessment of the reaction level, learning level, and behavior level of the trainees in Kin-men National Park training course. In this study, the training implementation execution, achievements of the courses and the post-training behaviors of the employees are the main three factor dimensions. In addition, the variance analysis is applied to the variables of the demographics and training course to see if there are significant differences in each dimension. The result of data analysis shows that the satisfaction degree of Kin-men National Park trainees in each factor of training implementation, execution, and achievements of the courses is lower than expected. However, the supervisors of the trainees reveal a significant satisfaction in the factors of the trainees’ working behaviors change. From this study, we know that the training program still have room to be improved and it shall be part of the Kin-men National Park future work in order to enhance the staff spirits and service quality.
