| Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 公共事務學系碩士在職專班 === 95 === To assess the performance of the church govern behavior, starting from the construction of the governmental objective to the message which provides the church an operational performance target and discuss its actual application. It is hoped that this probe can be used to assist the church Board of Directors and the minister to effectively complete the mission of the church and let the people understand the church’s achievements in performance and its management key points.
This research must find the non-profit organization and the correlation of church literature to work up the target to supply references to the church’s directors. It should considerations the church organizational structure; the trustee and leadership population statistic characteristics; and the question of 39 items of church government target and the 21 items target of church performance. In addition the church group needs to open the topic s of how it operates, its classification from the survey. On the basis of this research, we will prepare a survey questionnaire in order to produce a statistical analysis. By using the analysis of variance, it is useful to evaluate the Board of Directors and the minister to appraise the church government behavior and operational performance as a positive relative. Afterwards the factor analysis should disclose the church government''s three important construction dimensions: 1The church''s administration management achievement. 2. The effectiveness of church financial control 3. The effectiveness of the church in its external activity related to the performance target., In under performance target operation. This should cause the vision of the church to be presented in a concrete fashion and each administrator could show from the performance target the relationship value. The leader of churchs and coworkers may understand the church government accordingly and then continues diligently to make improvements.
