碩士 === 明道大學 === 管理研究所 === 95 === The development of economy and the melioration of the society is gradually affecting the working and recreational style in Taiwan. Two Days Off each week became a law in Taiwan from year 2001. After publication of the law, Taiwanese tends to manage the extended leisure hours with more various activities. In order to realize the relationship between environment quality, visitors' motives, satisfaction and its improvement and the will of revisit at Tienwei Highway Garden, This research uses Tienwei Highway Garden as an example and statistics based on questionnaires to precede Factor Analysis, Cluster Analysis and Regression Analysis. The analysis shows several results. The motives for tourists are relatives, friends, naturism, creative, creativity, escape, and study. Environmental factors that affect tourists are surroundings, and service capacity, facilities, and congestion in that environment. Top four factors for environmental improving are sanitary cleanness, safety of bicycle lane, signs of tourist spot, and traffic congestion. The results in satisfaction show the better surrounding, facilities, and traffic ability that environment has, the more satisfaction tourists have. For desirous of revisiting, the higher overall satisfaction the visitors had, the more possibility they will visit again and recommend friends.
