Portal website is one kind of user common using website, because it can help you to search for date. But many studies won’t mention that website quality will affect user’s satisfaction and loyalty or not. This research uses the portal website as a research object and uses the Yahoo as an example, we hope to discuss what relationship between the website quality, the satisfaction, the loyalty and the switching costs, it provides for building website people. The research uses the questionnaire by random sampling that we ask students and other workers, we use SEM to analyze data of questionnaire. SEM has both technologies of factor analysis and path analysis, we use SPSS10.0 and AMOS5.   After this research, we get a framework about website quality, the satisfaction, the loyalty and the switching costs, and we discover the website quality through satisfaction to affect the loyalty, as well as the switching costs doesn’t clear affect to the loyalty. 帥嘉珍 曹修源 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 59 zh-TW
