After transfering to the high industrial crops or urbanizing in the paddy field , will inevitablely influence area its runoff mechanism and increase water drainage of low reaches bear. In view of this, this research utilizes and revises the tube way of Simplified Tank Model into different land of brook intra-area of the raft to utilize (Urban area , Dry farmland ) in the rainfall incident, simulation has flowed to carry on the appearing of the basin , in order to understand when the torrential rain will come , runoff of the urban area ,dry farmland. Use Multi-Start Powell method as the rate of the physics parameter in the way to make while studying, in order to study actual observation rainfall-runoff materials in the area, make the basis of the parameter as the introduction value and rate of the way. After each getting the best parameter range of one group , carry on the rainfall -runoff and imitate , and with five kinds of indexes: Root mean squared error- RMSE, Coefficient of efficiency - CE, Percent error of peak discharge - EQP, Error of time to peak- ETP,Percent error of total volume - EV ,etc. make simulation result assess, it is not only suitable for storing water ability in the better paddy field or outside of forest land of hillside finding ink tube way as a result, to the city not high of conservation storage ability and dry land area, there is suitable suitability , and all there is good behavior in the flow of peak , return water section of simulation of every torrential rain . 陳榮松 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 82 zh-TW
