Summary:碩士 === 中興大學 === 生物產業推廣暨經營學系所 === 95 === To build up the indicators for learning organization in agriculture is the goal of the research. Quality research was employed to include four dimensions: learning ability, knowledge management, school administration and performance evaluation. It also builds up the detailed items about learning organization in agriculture school. Delphi method is the major research method in this research and practiced in two steps: half-structured surrey and Delphi method. As a result, first-class index has changed into 4 index aspects from 3 index aspects, second-class index has changed into 15 index dimensions from 10 index dimensions, while third-class index has reduced to 63 items from 79 items. The content of indicators include “learning ability system -- personal learning, group learning, organization learning, and learning culture” and its 23 indicators, “knowledge management system” -- knowledge creation, knowledge selection, and knowledge storage”, and its 10 indicators, ” school management system -- president leadership, school vision, administration cooperation, and school culture “ and its 18 indicators, “achievements evaluation system --personal evaluation, school administration evaluation, resources operation, public relationship” and its 12 indicators. In future, a large scale savvy will be necessary. This research raises five suggestions for educational department in government. 1.To make up policy to lead agriculture school to build up learning organization. 2.To set up steps to form learning organization. 3.To establish measures to build up learning organization. 4.To invite experts to assist the build up learning organization. 5.Educational staff of government should learn more about learning organization.
