Description
Summary:碩士 === 中興大學 === 科技管理研究所 === 95 === As the elderly society coming, traditional care service will no be enough. With the limited manpower, 「Telecare」industry will be the trend in the future. According to the case study “Healthcare Platform for the Elderlies”, led by Ming-Shen Healthcare , collection of industry information and foreign references, we build a business model of telecare. The aspects of business model are 1. Regulation and Standards, 2. Social and Health Insurance, 3. Organization context and cultures, 4. Project complexity, 5. Product, 6. Customer interface, 7. Infrastructure management, 8. Financial aspect. Our conclusion are law and standards should open up the area and service of telecare. Insurance should pay small range of telecare service first, and pay all of the service later. Organization context and cultures should pay attention on planning readiness and workplace readiness. Project complexity should get the same goals and connect each other actively. On customer, the target customer is 65y-80y elder, and the contact channel should improve the device and care manpower. On the Infrastructure management, after operating, the firm of health care should be the lead firm, and the firms of IT and medical device transfer to outsourcing partner. On the financial aspect, revenue balance should achieve by economic scale. We expect this model can provide telecare industry a guide of operation, and get success in the future.
