Description
Summary:碩士 === 中興大學 === 生物產業機電工程學系所 === 95 === To meet the requirement of the stable quality in the mass production of orchids, all orchids should have adequate water supply in the medium. SM200 and WET Sensor, were used to measure volumetric water content (VWC) in the sphagnum moss and bark. These devices are the simple and convenient commercial sensors produced by the principle of time domain reflectometion. The measured values of these sensors were compared with standard value and were calibrated to improve the accuracy of sensors. In this experiment, different mediums correspond to different calibration equations. Same mediums that measured at different time require different calibration equations. Using SM200s which have different serial numbers to make validation can’t get more real volumetric water content. Therefore, the establish of calibration equations as using SM200 and WET Sensor can get the results more valuable.
