The city passed because of its includes the sound main city of economic development, take city and village through thing too in addition, can expand main range, person of scheduled bus, of city too perhaps future, because the distance between town and country is shortenned in addition, some enterprises may move the company to transfer to the secondary city, the development of the secondary city that promotes too, so its economy is influenced very tall and erect. Because city development all begin from traffic stronghold, with the road network is extended outwards, so the High Speed Railway expects that knows and drives the whole development near the standing area, need basis every difference of station area come person who go on separate, with prominent every characteristic of district its, set about to plan the construction of the High Speed Railway as far back as 1969 abroad, and the planning of every High Speed Railway developing zone was earlier than our country, by at home foreign trade and economic to is it collect and is it confirm High Speed Railway can bring benefit of a certain degree to the city already to analyse to test, and this research wants to understand the economy of the construction brought is influenced after the High Speed Railway of our country is open to the traffic promptly, hope to estimate the development situation of the standing area of our country in advance by this, build the real commercial area too in addition, and economic benefits and growth situation that the influence and development case between each other of every developing case bring in the district. This research shows it has benefit by a large margin to the industry that develops building that the High Speed Railway is open to the traffic, but because society its develop by environment, every district situation and Cheng different when the overall plan among the every website, benefit that bring can different to some extent too, Hsinchu whether specific district it develops to be comparatively perfect area, so select it as assessing the target, is estimated by the house of the specific district and commercial case, whole residential area and economic energy that shopping center can come up to more than 540 billion, and this part only accounts for 40% of the whole developing zone, after finishing construction in every industry prefecture, whole economic energy its surmount high 600 billion that iron build, whole but speech high cost that iron be built smaller than whole economic energy that the country bring far, it is obvious there is strong influence on the development of the country and city on the traffic of high-speed railway is built. 董澍琦 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 95 zh-TW |
