Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系 === 95 === After being proposed by Motorola in 1980s, Six Sigma has aroused the intense attention and discussions from all walks of life. So far, all trades still use Six Sigma often to be the management methods to improve the quality, and increase an enterprise’s profits reaping. There are cases of introducing Six Sigma whether in the manufacturing industry, the service industry, even the construction industry; the project management technique of Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) offers a tool of new product development process improvement and reengineering. The research adopted the machine tools industry in Taiwan as the subject, started from defining the new product development process, designed the new product development process reengineering project after doing the performance evaluation and factor analysis by means of the results of the questionnaire, and advanced the method of doing the tests and verification by the product data management system to construct a performance evaluation mode that conforms to the Six Sigma Design procedures. The research expects to integrate the existing new product development processes through the DFSS management framework, and there are three objectives: (1) To develop the key success factor of new product development process performance; (2) To establish the new product development process performance evaluation mode; (3) To draft the process reengineering project, and provide the new product development process performance evaluation mode to be the basis of reference for the industrial circles to introduce Design for Six Sigma.
