| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 工程科學系專班 === 95 === As the result of financial globalization and industrial structure changed, Taiwan dometic industry has steeply to against the global competition. The issues to enhance our industry are to assist industrial innovation and transformation, to increase technical level, to produce the high value products and to build up an Asian-Pacific Region Innovation Center. In hardware, should strengthen the innvotation research and development opportunity, to establish the research and development area for particular technology industry . In the other hand, to establish the Innovation-Infrastructure construction of the research and development system, to incubate R&D capability, to expand the industrial serivce, and initiate our new situation.
The sevice platform is based on the“Network Virtual Lab” of ITRI South (Industrial Technology Research Institute South). There are many functions for the sevice platform such as to collects the information of research and development by cross unit, unifies the dffierent alliances and the social group the common information bank construction. Therefore, the platform can provides the useful and reliable information to expand industrial service. It also provides experts, engineers and reserchers to communicate by bi-interactive and high speed network. So as to the powerful search engine, it not only combines multi-information but also reduces the search time. Finally,the platform will provide the R&D of industrial demand by Data-Mining in data analysis.
