Collaboration among them became very important to enhance the performance. Collaborative design attracts most attention by industries for enhancing their conspicuous efficiency. Collaboration also involves enterprise's organization, product development processes, corporate relationship and interaction models as well as application systems and tools. Supply Chain Management integrates the corporate processes as a whole, The implementation of Supply Chain Management aims to optimize the chain's performance. Through collaboration and information sharing, some important objectives such as increasing service level, speeding materials flow, increasing inventory visibility and reducing costs etc. can be approved. Due to the advancement of information technology, the retailers can manage the product flow and information related to such as customer's demand and inventory with lower cost efficiently. Information sharing can improve the performance of supply chain significantly. The retailers can redesign their supply chain strategies through information sharing to gain profit. The research on the collaboration has demonstrated the positive impact of information sharing on the supply chain partners. This study focuses on the information sharing among the retailers- We hope the performance will be increase by collaboration between The retailers and suppliers through information sharing between them.
