碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 企業管理學系專班 === 95 === The main purpose of this research is namely to explore the different sources of the risk, corresponding risk management strategy and the value cognition of risk management in instrument import trade industry. We are engaged in several deep interviews with top managers in relation to domestic instrument import trade and then make a qualitative investigation. This research will be only the preliminary research because it should depend on the future researcher's endeavor in this industry. Our studies have some contributions as below: 1.To establish risky sourcing table and carry on the risk management. It is able to have the objective basis to make top managers to think in depth and how to handle their risks. 2.In practical, the managers are used to apply with academic and theoretical risk management in the instrument import trade industry. Our contribution is to thoroughly generalize by our entire research and provide some empirical evidences. It is preliminary to connect both of the application and practice in the instrument import trade industry. 3.We analyze different sources of the risks from different company sizes of instrument import trade industry. This can be a new inspiration to establish a base of reference in accordance with risk management for supervisors in instrument import trade industry.
