Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 建築學系專班 === 95 === The developer of building launches the project from the beginning to theaccomplishment; the construction phase takes the longest time with lot of manpowerto participate in; also it’s a complicated phase to management and control. In order toachieve the budget control, accomplish as scheduled and meet the quality goal of the project, the developer does build a suitable managing methods to control in the construction phase is very important. This study collected the relative information in order to understand current situation of building developers and the relative theories of construction management. Through the individual self experience to consolidate the industry of building development in project management during the construction phase, also through interview with the expert to get amendment and confirmation. To use the level analysis and apply the logic concepts of 5W1H and PDCA to draw up managing methods in project construction phase. And then amendment by the actual case study to build the managing methods at the phase. Through the study result found the key points in the project construction phase are in precaution plan, integration of interface, changing the construction, case close review, and build managing methods according to these for reference.
