Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 電機工程學系碩博士班 === 95 === Frequency control is essential for the secure and stable operation of a power system. The current trend of wind development shows that more displacement of conventional units by wind generators are undergoing. In this situation, if the wind generator neither provides inertial response nor any frequency control, the increase in the rate of frequency change will lead to additional regulation burden on conventional units. This thesis establishes a frequency response model of a doubly-fed induction generator that is supplemented by the control loops for inertial and speed-droop responses. Simulation results validate the model performance for a better frequency response in a wind penetrated power system.
