Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 機械工程學系專班 === 95 === Couplings are used to transmit powers between two shafts as well as to retard the impacts, to absorb and correct the deviation caused by parallel, deflection, and shaft direction as well as to systematically transmit power. In the usage of couplings, calibration on shaft is the very effective action to be conducted to avoid power consumption, equipment vibration, and the rapid abrasion of couplings, bearings and seal.Laser Alignment of Shaft is the most time-efficient gauge to conduct the calibration on coupling and is much more precise than meters. However, the high cost of it is the major concern for most of companies and people cannot purchase it domestically. If we Taiwanese can research the operation principles of Laser Alignment of Shaft and further develop our own equipment, this will facilitate the domestic development of the calibration and largely reduce the selling price of Laser Alignment of Shaft. Based on the theory of light tracking, complying with the design and experiment results of “Position Sensing Calibration Fixture” and “Virtual Mode and Pump Shaft Experimental Fixture”, the result shows linear relation between the motion amount of laser light point and the signal output value of position sensor when we apply Position Sensor Calibration Fixture to proceed the experiment.Corresponding to the experiment result of Virtual Mode and Pump Shaft Calibration Experimental Fixture, we found the similar result of light tracking theory According to the above results, we can confirm the application of light tracking theory can be done on calibration.
