The following are the four main purposes of the study : 1. To understand the different situations between leisure attitudes and leisure sports participation motivation among teachers with different backgrounds. 2. To understand the situations of the leisure attitude among teachers with different backgrounds. 3. To explore the different leisure sports participation attitude among teachers with different backgrounds. 4. To explore the different leisure attitude among teachers with different backgrounds. The process of the data collection involved with junior high school teachers as research. Participants by using random sampling. The total number of participants are 556 teachers from different schools. The questionnaire packets for this study consist of three parts: Leisure Participation Motivation Scale, Leisure Attitude Scale, and Demographic Information Sheet. The descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way analysis of variance, and stepwise are used to determine the relationships between leisure sports participation motivation and leisure attitude. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1.The aspect of leisure sports participation motivation among teachers. (1) Health-Improving is more emphasized. (2) The focus of the social need of teachers are influenced by their age, seniority, and the subjects that they teach in school. 2. The aspect of leisure attitude among teachers. (1) Teachers have more focus on behavior intention. (2) Teachers’ leisure hobbies are influenced by their sex, age, the subjects they teach in school, and the office duties.
