碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 電子工程系所 === 95 === An automatic flow to design OP AMPs is proposed in this thesis. It has been verified by the three common OP AMPs topologies: folded cascode OP、telescopic OP and two stage OP. They are designed and simulated by HSPICE. Furthermore the algorithm is realized by the C program. What is the user to do is to input the specification they require, and the program will offer the circuit which fits in with the demand in the assigned topology. OP AMPs are the fundamental module in the analog circuit and are extensively been used in the all kinds of circuits. Developing the OP AMPs automatic design can speed up the research on analog circuit design and increase the competitiveness of the analog circuit products.
