The unbalanced wire resistance in the physical layout implementation will make the Integral Nonlinearity error greater. Using our Local and Global strategies and base on interconnect length and contact count to adjust interconnect width. The strategy can reduce the wire resistance of Snaky Tango-Route March permutation to 8.99 ohm effectively, and control the standard deviation of wire resistance to 0.055 ohm in the physical layout implementation. Adjusting contact count of resistor node and make identical resistor node resistance in order to suppress Integral Nonlinearity error to 0.3215LSB.
