Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 95 === The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between principals’ instructional leadership and school effectiveness in vocational senior high school of industrial programs. It can be the reference for both the educational authorities and principals who were dedicated to instructional leadership. Document analysis was conducted to refine the connotation of five domains about principals’ instructional leadership and six domains about school effectiveness. The subjects studied included the teachers at 50 vocational senior high schools of industrial programs. A total of 739 valid questionnaires were collected for the study. Statistic methods including Descriptive analysis, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and multiple stepwise regression were used to analyze the data. The results of this study about the principals’ instructional leadership and school effectiveness were as follows: a. The teachers at vocational senior high school of industrial programs were positive attitude about the principals’ instructional leadership and school effectiveness. b. There existed significant difference in terms of teachers’ gender, age, seniority and position. c. There existed significant difference in terms of school scale and school type. d. There existed significant positive correlation between the principals’ instructional leadership and school effectiveness. e. There existed significant predictability in terms of technical vocational high school principals to school effectiveness.
