The outline of the research is drawn up from the documents of the planning process and the implementation of the 2006 Curriculum, which also help with the formulation of the questionnaire.448 questionnaires were sent to the teachers of electrical engineering in vocational high schools in Taiwan,,account recovery questionnaire 414, recovery rate for 92.41% , 387 valid questionnaires were recovered, with the valid recovery rate of 86.38%.The data was under the process offrequency,percentile,means,standard deviation,t-test,and one-way ANOVA. According to the results, here come the conclusions of this research, which could be the reference of the future planning of 2009 clusters of section curriculums of the vocational high schools. The followings were the conclusions: 1. The majority of vocational high schools all have the establishment "the school course development committee". 2. The vocational high schools invitation industry represents and the community represents "the school course development committee" needs to strengthen on behalf of the participation. 3. The vocational high schools develop the organization in the 2006 curriculum to be all tenable by the democratic way. 4. The vocational high schools develop the each stratum the 2006 curriculum development mode on by the democratic way . 5. The professional subject teacher plan, the curriculum to curriculum of the 2006 curriculum designs, the curriculum implementation and the curriculum reviews the ability sufficiently to be competent. 6. The professional subject teacher all can participate in curriculum of the 2006 curriculum to plan. 7. The school is developing 2006 curricula, can carry out "school-based curriculum development " the idea. 8. The school mostly enters a higher school the guidance plan in the 2006 curriculum overhead construction. 9. The 2006 curriculum implement the problem, the induction research conclusion. 10. Administration duty, work a public or private school, school position, past service, class series and obtain second grade license number factor is the important influence factor on the points of view about the planning process and the implementation of the 2006 curriculum by teachers of electrical engineering in vocational high schools.
