Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 95 === The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between learning organization of junior high school and teachers’innovation instructions in Taichung County. The research objects were 393 junior high school teachers. The statistical methods used to analysis the data were descriptive statistics, t-test,one-way ANOVA, Scheffé methods, Pearson's product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The conclusions of the study were summarized as follows: 1. Learning organization of junior high school are in the over high-intermediary level, and teachers’ innovation instructions as middle. 2. Diversities of age, academic degree, and duty will cause significant differences in teachers’ perception on learning organization. 3. Diversities of academic degree will cause significant differences in teachers’ performance on innovation instructions. 4. There was positive correlation between learning organization of junior high school and teachers’ innovation instructions. 5. Learning organization of junior high school could significantly predict teachers’ innovation instructions. Finally,based on the results of this study, some suggestions for educational administration agencies, junior high schools, and future studies were proposed.
