Several recommendations for improvement were made according to the research conclusions. This study was conducted through questionnaires with 427 effective samples out of 631 teachers from junior high schools in Taichung County. The study tool is "The questionnaire on the relationship between principals’ leadership styles and organizational innovation climate of junior high school" which was made up by the researcher. Data from the questionnaire were statistically analyzed by descriptive statistic, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows: a. The teachers of junior high schools perceived an upper level on principals’ leadership styles and organizational innovation climate of school. b. The teachers who are male, senior, or part-time administrators are aware of better perception of principals’ leadership styles. Part-time administrative teachers are aware of better innovation climate of organization than tutors. c. The teachers who serve in large-scale schools with class numbers above 51 and small-scale schools with class numbers under 24, or in the schools with 31~45 years of history, are aware of better perception of principals’ leadership styles and organizational innovation climate of school. d. There are positive and significant correlations between principals’ leadership styles and organizational innovation climate of school. e.
