Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 95 === The main purpose of this study was to discuss the influence of the attitude toward evaluation of school affairs for teachers at Technological University and College on their working pressure and job satisfaction. Furthermore, this study explained the difference and relationship between the working pressure and satisfaction, and predicted the influence of the attitude toward evaluation of school affairs for teachers on their working pressure and satisfaction separately. There were 440 questionnaires were sent to the full-time teachers from 11 technological universities and colleges in central Taiwan and the return rate was 87.04%. Besides, this study used descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis to analyze the data, and the findings were as follows: a. Views of teachers at Technological University and College on attitudes toward evaluation of school affairs were medium-high degree. And those on working pressure and satisfaction were medium degree. b. There was no significant difference on attitudes, working pressure, and satisfaction from different group of teachers at Technological University and College c. There were significant correlations between teachers’ working pressure and satisfaction. d. There was significant predictability on the attitude toward evaluation of school affairs for teachers on their working pressure and satisfaction separately. According to the results of this study, nine suggestions were made for technological universities and colleges, their teachers and for further study.
