In this paper, we discuss the minimization of total annual relevant cost of supply chain system is obtained under the consideration of quantity discount from both sides of buyer and supplier. Moreover, we also join warehouse space limitation in order to know how the case of private warehouse and public warehouse with different costs to influence the optimal purchasing policy.
