Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 電機工程學系 === 95 === Since the contactless charge system does not need any metallic contacts, it does not cause any contacting sparks and dust while the electric power is transmitting by electromagnetic coupling. It is also useful for safe protection due to avoiding dangers of leak and electric shock. Because of its contactless characteristic, the system can overcome some problems like dampish contact and aging rustiness. It also can apply to the special working place with high density of gas, or the place which is easy to be weathering due to salt and moisture. These thesis discussed and analysed the coupling distance of the core of the transformer through practical operations on the contactless charge system. Based on the analysis result, the parameters for designing the optimization circuit are established. The induction power is transformed to direct current via charge converter, and it also can calculate the state of discharge of battery while the battery is on charging and discharging by battery management. As the result of experiment the contactless charge system in this study can output 14.5V with the maximum current 5.8A charge power in one centimeter coupling distance.
