Especially in summer, operations of air-conditioning systems usually cause a low power reserve status of Taiwan Power Company. This study applied Taguchi Method to derive energy-saving factors of air-conditioning systems. Through the adjustment of controllable factors, about 5-7% power consumption of air-conditioning systems could be effectively reduced.
