And people can connect internet to each corner in the world from home, school, company, public square, etc. if the places have any wireless communication of support. The user can receive the data on line when he moves on the road. The users need more bandwidth and real-time applications when transmission of multimedia data increases. When mobile devices crossing over different network area, the researchers want to solve the problems of packet loss and time delay in handoff. Considering the wireless network will be more complete in the future, this paper is studied about how to send packet from Crossover Router to Mobility Anchor Point and mobile node by using proactive routing.
