Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 農學研究所 === 95 === Abstract This research focuses on the response of root activity and uptake capacity to water deficit on paddy rice and upland rice. The cement plot will apply the forcible water deficit, and field culture will apply looking at the day cultivation. On cement plot, the water deficit doesn't influence uptake water weight by after panicle initiation. In the used to cultivation, TSC10 and upland rice line on dry weight will increase and increase according to the growth stages, while uptake water weight will decrease. The filled spikelet rate of yield components in used cultivation is 82.3% which is significantly higher than the one in water treatment (69%). Dry weight in heading stage and milky stage are significantly positive correlation on field culture. The uptake water weight of root activity and uptake capacity of root activuty in Japonica rice are also significant. In the upland rice line, uptake water weight of root activity and uptake capacity of root activity are also significant in correlation on different growth stages. The yield, rice reduced to 25∼57% of its maximum in the water deficit. Upland rice reduced to 31∼74% of its maximum in saving water deficit.
