The study adopted the questionnaire investigation method. The 187 valid subjects, chosen from the junior high school technology coordinators of Taiwan, were randomly selected from classified groups. The major findings of the study are as follows: 1.The junior high school technology coordinators perceived a medium level of job stress. The biggest job stress is work loads. 2.The junior high school technology coordinators perceived a medium level of burnout. The biggest burnout is lack of personal accomplishment. 3.The technology coordinators with different background variables, such as majors in college, work experience of current positions, service units and the positions, school size, and personality traits, perceived different levels of work stress. 4.The technology coordinators with different background variables, such as work experience of current positions, service units and the positions, school size, and personality traits , perceived different levels of burnout. 5. The technology coordinators’s job stress may cause burnout.
