Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 教育行政與政策發展研究所 === 95 === Abstract This research is an investigative exploitation on Yunlin County,s educators, understanding about schools, intra-institutional strategic alliance. The method in which the researcher applies is questionnaire investigation. Valid copies the respondents gave back is 411 copies. The researcher edits a questionnaire titled the same as this research topic: “Elementary school teachers, understanding about schools, intra-institutional strategic alliance”. The researcher then analyzes from collected data to proceed with: descriptive statistics, independent-sample t-test and one-way ANOVA. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. the factor/variable Gender, is not significantly different in effecting the following variable: Basic concepts on schools,strategic alliance, elementary on schools, strategic alliance, and Difficulties on implementing schools,strategic alliance . However ,in “advantages of schools,strategic alliance”, “Coordinate measures of strategic alliance ”and “Overall Dimension”, there,s a gender-related difference, in other words, female educators, view differ from male educators. 2. Age matters. Cln “Difficulties in implementing schools,strategic alliance”, “age” is a significant variant determining different perspectives thereof. 3. “Years of service”is proved to be a significant variable in determining “Basic concepts of schools,strategic alliance”,“advantages of schools,strategic alliance ”and“ Difficulties on implementing schools,strategic alliance” Teachers of different years of service present different levels of recognition and manners. 4. Educational background isn,t a significant factor in determining teachers, attitudes iii on schools,strategic alliance. 5. Posts/positions matters. Cln “Difficulties in implementing schools,strategic alliance” aspect, educators with different /posts/position at school show different attitudes on this issue. 6. Educators belonged to different school types show different attitudes in “basic concepts”、“advantages”、“difficulties ”and“ overall ”issues. 7. School educators in different schools show different attitudes and understanding in “ difficulties on implementing schools,strategic alliance” and “overall aspect in intra-school strategic alliance”There,s distinction among different sites of school location. Finally, based on the results, suggestions will be proposed for school, educational administration agencies, educational people and for future studies.
