The method adopted in this research is semi-structural profound interview. The subjects are six “Teacher Chang” in Teacher Chang Foundation,with children in primary or junior high schools. Twelve interview materials are analyzed by copies of text data. The main findings are as follows: 1.The “teacher Changs” have changed their educational attitude after they had devoted themselves to voluntary counseling in Teacher Chang Fountain. 2.The “teacher Changs” have learned to use empathy to understand their children . 3.The “teacher Changs” become flexible in their education attitudes as well as behaviors. 4.The “teacher Changs” become more aware and hence more introspective of their belief, values, and attitude. Based on the results, implication of the study for Teacher Chang Foundation, individual Teacher Changs and suggestions for the future research are proposed as well. 廖永靜 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW
