The Hospitality Industry is an industry which provides customers services. Public praise is formed through the interaction between attendants and customers and customers’ experiences. Human resources management is therefore the key to successful hotels. However, factors such as long working hours, generally lower salaries and leave restrictions often cause recruitment obstacles. Moreover, some management problems such as unequal work load, the welfare system and promotion limitations, all directly affects service quality and management effect. The Following are the implications of study: 1. In the information of hotels employees, the changeable factor is the most important. 2. In the factors of turnover intention, leadership behavior and organization commitment are the obvious predicted variables. With the development of technology and changes of industry. environments, knowledge workers and service workers become the main stream in the 21st century. It also means we still have space to development service industry. As long as we can find out the factors of turnover, we can lower rate of unemployment. Moreover, we are also be able to keep service quality and prompt team service increase employees’ ability to create better achievement of Hospitality Industry.
