| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 企業管理學系 === 95 === The exchange, or transactions through Internet will be the main way for business in the future. Substantial sales still depend on the distribution function of logistic including third-party logistics. This study investigates the development of international professional logistics area for Taoyuan County and how to builds the Global Logistics Management environment. Then, we can imitate the benefit for third-party logistics from building the E-Commerce environment. The goals of this study are as followed:
1. To investigate the policy of business on third-party logistics of Taoyuan County.
2. To disscuss the future for third-party logistics from building the Global Logistics Management System.
The results of this study are as followed: First, the infrastructure is necessary for third-party logistics. Second, the use of information technology, network skills and automatic equipment will bring third-party logistics benefits, such as on-time information, cut down mistake and omission, reduced labor cost, well inventory control and on time, effective store control, et al. Third, Global Logistics Management System corporations entrust the logistic distribution to third-party logistics, and Global Logistics Management System corporations can concern customers’ goods and customer management. Global Logistics Management System also can offer customer/consumer a convenient transaction environment and third-party logistics can help customer/consumer receive goods more quickly.
