In year 2005 Yilan County selected “green” as the main theme of the Yilan Green Exposition, and Hualien Kungfu Township’s Green Maze as the research subjects. Discussion on both events base on the “green”, how to collaborate the content of local culture industries with ecology care as well as the tourism consuming as the essential factors, and to continue on the “green” marketing and the perpetual on the concepts. Mainly participant observation, in-depth interview, with analysis and the SWOT analysis to compare with, in order to help carry on the research investigation on the following analysis.
Analyzes peripheral geography structure and the natural ecology, also the humanities resources that surrounds Yilan Green Exposition and the Hualien Kungfu Green Maze, understood how to make good use of its spatial characteristic to develop sustainable tourism. Next, will discuss the impact on development of tourism, including transportation, natural environment,ecology and social culture with the influences on the host and guest relation. Finally using SWOT analysis to conduct the Green Exposition and the Kungfu townships Green Maze.
The writer using this thesis to proposed using the “green” as the main theme and make sustainable tourism with suggestions and conclusion. Understanding the culture industries and the natural environmental care with areas that needs extra attention as well as the relation between events such as the “Green Exposition” and the landowners. After mass tourism, tour location has minimal numbers of tourist limits with low impacts and other types of substitution tourism, how to integrate local resources to develop tourism events that brings out distinctive quality development in the area as research reference.
