This study tries to propose a secured process to avoid network attacks, eavesdropping, fabrication, deny and enhance military personnel data transmission security. This study proposes a secured military personnel transmission process which would base on that the military has a public key infrastructure and a certificate authentication mechanism. In this study, a text transformation mechanism is developed and the PGP mechanism is adopted in the proposed process. According to the current military personnel data transmission process, this study discusses a security issue about classified data transmission over Minet.
