And the internal studies are published on master thesis of various majors such as education, management and so on. Few of people especially care about the topic related to military morale. The military morale has inseparable relations to the military organization. So, it is the motivation and purpose of this research. The research target of this thesis is the military army. The influences of transformational leadership and transactional leadership on military morale are studied in this thesis. The soldiers belonging to the Army’s Information Force have been sampled. The factors analysis, relation analysis and loop analysis methods are adopted to analyze these sampling data. This research has made the following conclusions: 1) the assumption that the transformational leadership elements such as intellectual stimulation, spiritual motivation, job satisfaction and group cohesiveness has strong positive correlation is not tenable; 2) the assumption that the transactional leadership, organization acceptance, job satisfaction and group cohesiveness has strong negative correlation is not tenable. The suggestions for future works are described as followings. In research structure, many other pre-factors such as the unit characteristic, mission, population and so on can be included or altered to reveal other correlation.
