The Images of Innermost World
—Oil painting creations treatise by Chen ,Tsai -Chu
The creations treatise is in accordance with exploring humanity and interior image. The author also chooses human, life and environment as the subject matter to express these creations. There are two series creations. One is “The Convoluted Woman in Dream” and the other is “The Interior World.” Both of them were showing the truly internality in people’s mind by means of using mind senses’ imagination, deconstruction, and reconstruction. These creations also explore the fantastic place in everyone’s cockles of the heart and reveal the interior spiritual world which is hided in mind.
There are two purposes in the creations treatise. The first is discussing the human’s inner mind voice through an artistic creation. The second is exploring the meaning, value and attitude toward life by ways of artistic creations to view the prototype of life. Therefore, the author could construct and develop his own style and creation direction in the future.
“The Images of Innermost World” painting creations treatise is based on three theories: (1) theoretic analysis approach, (2) theoretic synthesis approach and (3) curriculum-based assessment. The author uses these three theories to analyze and integrate modern artistic thoughts. Everyone could use painting creations to help people understand inner self by ways of going into the deepest imagination part of mind. They could open the gate of the inner imagination world and get a visionary comfort.
There are four features of the creation treatise. First, it used subjective mind imagination and shadow to convey the inner spiritual express and explore the inner secrets in mind. Second, it used vivid color, twisted lines, symbolic image and theme to show the ideas, emotions and meditation of the inner world. Third, the three-dimensional realism and two-dimensional abstractionism were coexisted to combine abstract consciousness space and spiritual visibility by using skin texture and automatic technique. Forth, it used totemic symbols’ separation and metaphor to present human community’s subconsciousness prototype, dream and fantasy to see through the desire and value in life.
