Summary: | 碩士 === 南華大學 === 管理科學研究所 === 95 === The purpose of this study was to construct and examine the structural equation model between the variables of travel motivation, destination attraction, perceived value and subjective well-being. There were EMBA students as participats. Linear Structural Relationship (AMOS)was employed to examine the hypothesized model. According to this model, the goodness of fit statistics for this alternative model wereχ2(104)=143.835, p<.05, RMSEA=0.05, GFI=0.897, AGFI=0.85, RMR=0.05.
In addition, according to this model, destination attraction had positive effect on perceived value, travel motivation had positive effect on subjective well-being, perceived value had positive effect on subjective well-being. Also, the researchers made some suggestions for following research in the hope to make this study more contributive.
