碩士 === 南華大學 === 生死學研究所 === 95 === 　　The study was designed to explore the application of life education worksheets in life education. Five teachers were interviewed and life education worksheets published in Taiwan were collected for this case study to describe the functions, application and designation of the life education worksheets. 　 　　The data were interpreted according to the grounded theory approach. Four major categories emerged from the analysis of data. These were (1) the origin of life education worksheets (2) the evaluation methods of life education (3) the function, misuse and designation of life education worksheets (4) the relationship between life education worksheets and guidance as well as religion.
