It also faces unprecedented challenges in terms of management method and strategy. Many practitioners of social enterprise and scholars from related fields start to rethink new management methods. Therefore, the social enterprise gradually has innovative management style. In order to deal with new challengers, social enterprise recently introduced several concepts of "innovative management." It not only allows many public welfare organizations to acquire opportunities of survive and development, but also makes the whole public welfare market more vigorous and diversified. The purpose of this thesis seeks to discuss and explore the contents and characteristics of "innovative management" introduced by contemporary social enterprises, and the practicing model of "innovative management." Also, how to effectively apply these innovative management models will be discussed. The research methods of this thesis are as follows: literature analysis of qualitative research, case study, and comparative method. Several innovative management models frequently applied by social enterprises are individually and comparatively researched: including the model of "venture philanthropy", "industrialization of philanthropic organizations", "public-private partnership", and "enterprise strategic alliance." With the precondition of management research thinking, several conclusions are made. Finally, based on my personal research points, comprehensive suggestions focusing on future prospects of innovative management for contemporary social enterprise are addressed.
