In the past, the company were use the specific attribute to knew the crisis cognition as the crisis processes way. But along with the company inside and outside environment will have some crisis factor dynamic alignment, that will have unknown crisis, especially when the company transfer the organization type. This research, we will definition "unknown crisis", when organization transformation process, each of the crisis factors might be effect the transfer result. From company crisis start to the end, it will experience the cognition period, the exhibition period, and the management period.In each stage, crisis factors have different weight, The degree possibly affects which according to it divides into mild crisis, specific weight crisis, serious crisis, deconstruction crisis. The company should used organization management mechanism to find the crisis in each stage. This research discussion when the company face the organization transformation the change of every variable in each stage, proposed the crisis processing procedure when a unknown crisis was occurrence, can solves the crisis in exhibition period. This study used a representation company to know how to find the key factor in crisis processing procedure. The result hoped can offer managers when they face the crisis. It is useful that can help company reduces the operate risk, if they can know how to deal with unknown crisis, and also can promotes investment of confidence the capital market indirectly, and help the overall economy grows the benefit .
