Internet teaching has become an essential assisted method on our tertiary education programs. This study based on technology acceptance model(TAM), which coordinates the Computer Self-efficacy, DeLone & McLean IS Success model to investigate the related factors that influence the correlation of the learning net benefits, satisfaction and continuance intention of using Web-based Instruction(WBI). The author conducts a survey to students in National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology through questionnaires at two different stages in the study. Students use the previous version of Teaching Course Website at the first stage but the new version at the second stage. The result of the first stage shows that user’s satisfaction is significantly determined by perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, service quality and student’s learning net benefits while the user’s continuance intention is significantly determined by student’s learning net benefit and user’s satisfaction. On the other hand, the result of the second stage shows that that user’s satisfaction is significantly determined by perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived playfulness, information quality, service quality and student’s learning net benefits while the user’s continuance intention is significantly determined by student’s learning net benefit and user’s satisfaction.
