碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 金融營運所 === 95 === As the concept of wealth management changes, the traditional savings channels cannot satisfy the demand of investors, starting the trend of professional financial services. The Taiwanese government has adopted new policies and passed several acts regulating the trust industry and the trust/advice of security investment. It is important to prevent any frauds of the staff of the financial institutions. Based on the regulation of major foreign countries, this paper explores related issues on the custody of trust, trying to find a way to enhance the stability of the financial market.
