Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 行銷與流通管理所 === 95 === The growth of the industry of generation of science and technology, the consumer demand changes rapidly, products life cycle is shortened day by day too; only by improving and innovating constantly, Enterprises could lead the era trend, establish in an unassailable position; Moreover, if Enterprises can be with the tool of Management Science, as to combining with according with customer''s expectation to the products or the service on the function of new products development, then to create the products value making the customer satisfied; Enterprise can replace or surmount competitors. This research is with the analytic approach of the level (Analytic hierarchy process, AHP) ,It can assess every product vying each other , assess excellent and weak question by coming through suggestion and questionnaire of experts’ analyzing “product value attributes”, “relative importance in degree”, “assessing the competition in products advantage”, and “the tactics of assessing competitor difference” ; abovementioned items that enable us to make correct decision on the complicated problem, can avoid too many resources of Enterprise''s bet unnecessary waste in the new products develop; It is the key factor of combining this new products of industry, and assessing and utilizing the decision theory of many criterion, to based on above describing then develop the screening of new products development of a set of PDA and assessment prevailing way. This research regards PDA manufacturers of taking rate of four major brand in Marketing rate at present of Taiwan as the research object, choose PDA to develop the target for the new products. So regard HP Company of second in accounting for Marketing rate at present as the research object of new products development of PDA; The result of study is as follows: First, to grasp the unique advantage: HP should make the best of existing advantage in high performance appraisal of technological ability, “high-quality professional after-sale service”, “wireless technology of combining” etc. Second, to develop and transmit the products value that consumers expect: “Emphasize the quality of the battery is improved with the time of awaiting the opportune moment of high specification”, and “dual core PDA processors, improve the efficiency of transmitting”. Third, to make the difference tactics of the competitors : “Emphasize the transmission speed to higher user”, “strengthen the advertising volume in commercial media or distribution and vendor”. The above strengthen the function of PDA and improves the direction in order to promote products value through this research, it is expected in the future :the category used is wider, market demand will be expanded too, and will regard this as the advantage of Enterprise''s new products development and competitive strategy to assess.
