Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 人力與知識管理研究所 === 95 === Knowledge transfer and organizational innovation performance are the important issues in medical industry. The purpose of the research is to analyze the relationship among organizational culture, knowledge characteristics, knowledge transfer and organizational innovation performance. The research adopted questionnaire investigation and the sample are 292 staff of allied health profession department in regional hospital in Kaohsiung and Pingtung. The sample hospital are E-DA Hospital, Antai Tian-Sheng Memorial Hospital, ZouYing Armed Forces General Hospital and Kaohsiung Armed Forces General Hospital. Then the data was analyzed by Reliability Analysis(Cronbach’s α value), Independent Sample t Test, One-Way Analysis of Variance(one-way ANOVA), Pearson Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis and Path Analysis. The results indicate that organizational culture and knowledge transfer are significantly influence on organizational innovation performance. The other important result is that knowledge transfer is a mediating factor to affect the relationship among organizational culture, knowledge characteristics and organizational innovation performance. The implications of the findings for practice and further research are discussed.
