Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 95 === Abstract   The purpose of this study was to explore the vocational values of employees work in Kaohsiung city Linhai industrial park. The study also found out the differences among background variables such as gender, age, degrees of education, marital status, the number of children, years of employment and salary. The questionnaire survey method was adopted in this study. The Work Values Inventory developed by Dr. Wu Taie-shung was also used as a research tool. This research chooses purposive sampling to investigate employees work in Kaohsiung City Linhai Industrial Park. 600 copies of survey were sent, got 502 valid samples returned later, and returns-ratio was 83.67 %. The data of questionnaire was analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-test and One-Way ANOVA.   According to the research finding, employees work in Kaohsiung city Linhai industrial park emphasize most on the vocational values of “security and interpersonal relationship” but least on “respect and altruism”. The vocational values show no significant differences among variables in gender, age, the number of children, years of employment and salary for employees work in Kaohsiung city Linhai industrial park. The variables of degrees of education and marital status show significant differences in vocational values for employees work in Kaohsiung city Linhai industrial park.   On the basis of documents’ analysis and conclusions, several suggestions were provided for relevant organizations and future research.
